How to Avoid Thinning Hair With Best Foods
On the other end, there are certain foods that make your hair healthy and strong. Hair like other tissue is largely made up of protein.
Here How to Avoid Thinning Hair With Best Foods:
1. Salmon
This fish is loaded with the strong hair supporters like Vitamin D and protein, but it also contains omega-3 fatty acids that promote hair growth by keeping your scalp healthy
2. Eggs
Eggs are rich in biotin, a B vitamin essential for hair growth and overall scalp health. People ask about biotin for hair health all the time — usually, they've heard about it on a shampoo commercial or read a magazine article that recommended biotin supplements. Because our bodies make their own biotin in the intestines, and it is plentiful in many common foods, deficiency is very rare. But in those few cases in which people are very ill and don't have use of their intestines, biotin deficiency causes hair loss. So yes, biotin is important for hair health, but you don't need to take supplements. Just eat a balanced diet that includes some high-biotin foods: eggs, peanuts, almonds, wheat bran, salmon, avocados, and low-fat cheese.
3. Pumpkin seeds
One ounce of whole, roasted pumpkin seeds (about a ½ cup) supplies 19% of your daily requirement of zinc, a mineral which may help prevent scalp dryness, says Rebecca Kazin, MD, assistant professor of dermatology at Johns Hopkins University. Incorporate other zinc-rich foods like fortified cereals, pork, yogurt, and cashews, to help you reach the 8 mg you need each day.
4. Yellow Peppers
Yellow bell peppers have nearly five and a half times more vitamin C than oranges (341 milligrams, as opposed to 63). This is good news for your locks since vitamin C is an antioxidant that strengthens the hair shaft and hair follicles, as well as prevents breakage.
5. Spinach
This leafy vegetable is excellent for your body for many reasons, not the least of which is hair health. The power players here are folate and iron. Folate is a B vitamin that aids the creation of red blood cells, and iron (which spinach is high in) helps the red blood cells carry oxygen. With iron deficiency, a condition known as anemia, cells can't get enough oxygen to function properly. The result can be devastating to the whole body, causing weakness, fatigue, and maybe even hair loss.
6. Chicken
You may not be able to stop normal, everyday hair loss (we lose an average of 50 to 100 strands per day), but you can help build the count back up by taking in enough protein, the building blocks for hair. Without enough protein, your body can’t replace the hairs that you naturally shed every day,
7. Sweet Potatoes
These are loaded with beta carotene, the precursor for vitamin A that not only promotes a healthy scalp but promotes hair growth. But choose foods loaded with beta carotene over supplementing with high doses — like over 2500 milligrams — of vitamin A from retinol since it can be toxic at very high levels.
8. Oysters
The mineral zinc is involved in tissue growth and repair — and that includes hair growth. It also helps keep the oil glands around the hair follicles working properly. Low levels of zinc can cause hair loss, slow growth, and dandruff. But the amount you get from eating foods rich in zinc — such as oysters, crab, clams, liver, lean beef, most nuts and seeds, peanut butter, wheat germ, fat-free yogurt, and cheese — is plenty to keep your tresses gorgeous. Aside from a multivitamin that provides up to 100 percent DV, I don't recommend taking extra zinc supplements because excess zinc can inhibit the body's ability to absorb copper, a minor but necessary mineral.
9. Almonds
These nuts will make your hair grow faster and thicker due to their high biotin content. One cup contains nearly one-third of your daily requirement. You should be able to see the results in a month or two of adding them to your diet.

8 Steps How To Become a Vegetarian
There are many possible reasons for becoming a vegetarian. Some people do it to improve their health, while others are concerned about the treatment of animals or a desire to have less environmental impact.
Here 8 Steps How to Become a Vegetarian
1. Consider your reasons for becoming vegetarian.
Sorting out your reasons for becoming a vegetarian and having strong convictions concerning your diet will help you stick to your new lifestyle. Knowing your reasons is also important to help you explain to other people why you are a vegetarian; having a ready answer for the inevitable questions makes the journey a little easier.
2. Reveal your choice to the world.
Start with those with whom you're close, such as your parents or partner. This will alert them to the need for dietary changes in the home and also gives you the first opportunity to explain your choice to people who are close to you and are hopefully likely to be supportive. Be ready for disagreement from some people. It is not considered the "norm" in many cultures to eat vegetarian only, and while few people ever ask a meat eater why he or she chooses to eat meat, very few people hold back on asking a vegetarian why he or she does not eat meat.
3. Find good recipes.
You don’t need to go out and buy a bunch of new cookbooks, although that’s certainly an option. But again, there are many great recipes online. Try GoVeg.com but don’t worry, you don’t need to decide on anything. Just look through the recipes, take note of a few that look really good, and decide to try a few of them. You have the rest of your life to test out other recipes!
4. Try one recipe a week.
Try one new vegetarian recipe a week. If you like it, add it to your collection of staple recipes that you eat on a regular basis. If the recipe isn’t that great, try another next week. Soon, you’ll have a good list of 5-10 great recipes that you love to cook and eat. And really, whether you’re vegetarian or meat eater, that’s probably all you really eat on a regular basis anyway (for dinner, at least). Most people only have 7-10 recipes that they cook regularly. Once you have that many vegetarian recipes, you are good to go.
5. Start shopping like a vegetarian.
You'll find a wide variety of vegetarian food available once you start searching for it specifically in grocery stores, health food stores, and farmer's markets. When you stop putting meat in your shopping basket, a new world of possibilities opens up
6. Research your nutritional needs.
Make sure that you're still getting enough vitamin B12, calcium, protein, and other vitamins and minerals that come primarily from meat. It may help to take vitamins and calcium tablets if you don't already, but aim to get most of your nutrition from good quality food.
7. Start with red meat.
I suggest a gradual transition into vegetarianism … although you can do it all at once, I’ve found that for many people, a gradual transition works better. There’s no need to give up all meat at once. Try a few new recipes, maybe eat one vegetarian meal for the first week, two for the second, and so on. If you do this, start with red meat, as it is typically the least healthy.
8. Make sure you eat enough food.
If you aren't getting enough food, you might start craving meat. There is protein in almost all kinds of food, so you can rest assured that you'll almost definitely get enough protein, as long as you eat 1200 calories or more a day. If you are trying to gain weight it is important to eat a wide variety of legumes, nuts, and seeds into your diet to make sure you get enough calories and healthy fats.

How to Burn Tummy Fat With Healthy Diet
One of the most common questions I get is How to Burn Tummy Fat. Tummy Fat is actually the most dangerous type of fat – besides aesthetics, large waist lines are indicators of –disease-disease-disease.
One easy way to find out if you're carrying too much abdominal fat is to wrap a measuring tape around your body at the top of your hipbones. If your number is more than 35 inches, it may be time to take action. With the right plan, it's actually easier to lose than stubborn lower-body fat or the seemingly impossible to tone back-of-the-arm flab
Here How to Burn Tummy Fat With Healthy Diet :
1. Avoid refined sugar.
White bread, cake, cookies, ice cream and candy all contain high levels of "bad" carbohydrates and refined sugar. Your body has trouble converting these carbs and refined sugar to energy and instead resulting in fat. Focus on foods with "good" carbs and no refined sugar such as whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, apples, bananas, broccoli and yams.
2. Healthy Fats
In addition to helping maintain heart health and keep inflammation levels under control, monounsaturated fatty acids, or MUFAs, may stop belly fat before it starts. Research in the journal Diabetes Care found that people who got roughly 25 percent of their total daily calories from MUFAs gained no visceral fat over the course of the study, while those who ate less MUFAs and more carbs added fat to their midsections. My favorite MUFA-rich food is olive oil because you can use it in so many meals (check out the belly-blasting breakfast I recommend), but avocados and nuts are other excellent sources. Pine nuts are particularly great because they also contain high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These acids increase levels of two hormones that signal your brain when you're full. Try snacking on one ounce of pine nuts (about the amount you can fit in a shot glass) 20 minutes before mealtime to avoid overeating.
3. Slowing down your breath
This is a very simple method that you can use even when you’re in the midst of doing something else. Whenever you notice you’re feeling tense and uptight check and see how you’re breathing. Most people under stress either alternate holding their breath with short breaths, or take rapid shallow breaths. After you become aware of your own breathing, consciously relax your belly and slow down the breathing. This works best if you focus on slowing down the exhalation rather than your inhalation. With each exhalation you can say to yourself “slow down”. That is all there is to it- Simple but surprisingly effective!!!ting breakfast I recommend), but avocados and nuts are other excellent sources. 4. Eat more dark chocolate.
In addition to a variety of beneficial vitamins and minerals, dark chocolate also contains cocoa, which is proven to reduce the risk of blood clots. Dark chocolate also gives you more energy by increasing serotonin and endorphin levels.
5. Green Tea
A 2012 study in the Journal of Functional Foods found that people who drank one and a half cups of green tea enriched with a total of 609 milligrams of catechins (a group of antioxidants that have been shown to help burn fat cells) every day for 12 weeks lost almost 16 times as much visceral fat as those who consumed green tea without the added antioxidants. To achieve similar results with store-bought green tea, you'll need to brew two to four cups daily (many varieties can contain 160 to 470 milligrams of catechins per cup).

How to Get Kids to Eat Healthier
How to Get Kids to Eat Healthier
Most kids do not particularly enjoy eating "healthy" foods. So what your children learn to eat at home early in life sticks with them well into adulthood.
Here are 5 tips How to Get Kids to Eat Healthier
1. Give foods fun names
i.e. Tally's wiggle macaroni and cheese. You can also name things after them or fun T.V characters they like, for example Micky Mouse.
2. Be a good role model.
Most of the parents we know complain that their children refuse to eat healthfully. The real problem most often lies with the parents, not the kids
Most of us are so accustomed to eating out and buying prepared foods in the grocery store that we don’t even know what good food is anymore. In order to be good role models we must educate ourselves first and then practice what we preach.
3. Don't nag about unhealthy choices.
When children choose fatty, fried, unhealthy foods, redirect them by suggesting a healthier option.
4. Experiment with fun colors and shapes.
Could you cut that sandwich or fruit into a star or heart shape with a cookie cutter?
5. Sit down to family dinners at night.
If this isn't a tradition in your home, make it one. Research shows that children who eat dinners at the table with their parents have better nutrition and are less likely to get in serious trouble as teenagers. Start with one night a week, and then work up to three or four, to gradually build the habit.

How to Lose Belly Fat Naturally with foods
How to Lose Belly Fat Naturally with food
Here How to Lose Belly Fat Naturally with food :
1. Oatmeal
Your morning snack attack is caused by a dip in blood sugar levels. Fiber-rich oatmeal stays in your stomach for hours, staving off a doughnut run.
2. Switch out refined grains for whole grains.
In a scientific study, people who ate all whole grains (in addition to five servings of fruits and vegetables, three servings of low-fat dairy, and two servings of lean meat, fish, or poultry) lost more belly fat than another group that ate the same diet, but with all refined grains
3. Protein Powder
It's not just for gym rats! Protein powder contains amino acids that burn fat and build muscle. Add two teaspoons to a smoothie for a fat-busting drink. Find it at health food stores.
4. Drink plenty of water.
Studies suggest that consistently drinking water throughout the day can lead to a more active metabolism, regardless of dieting.Drinking more water also helps your body flush out waste/toxins and improves your overall health.
5. Olive Oil
Everyone needs a little fat — it controls hunger. Go for monounsaturated fats like olive or canola oil. They will help keep your cholesterol under control and satisfy cravings.
6. Berries
Berries stuff a lot of filling fiber into a tiny package: Just one cup of raspberries has six grams.
7. Meats and Fish
Your body burns more calories digesting protein than carbs or fat. Want the leanest meat out there? Opt for turkey, but to cut down even more on saturated fat, choose fish. Go for tuna and salmon; they are full of omega-3s, which help prevent stress chemicals that promote fat abs.
8. Avocados
In addition to containing lots of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, avocados are a terrific source of filling fiber (11 to 17 grams per avocado!), making them a great food for staving off hunger, says Bowden.

How to Cure Headache Naturally at Home
How to Cure Headache Naturally at Home
Headaches, including migraines, are extremely common. Because headaches can stem from a variety of causes, some headache sufferers seek treatment on a near-daily basis. Fortunately, there are several home-remedy treatments that can help alleviate migraine pain and other types of headaches.
Here How to Cure Headache Naturally at Home
1. Crush it with cayenne
Utilizing something spicy may not sound headache helpful, but cayenne is somewhat revered in the kingdom of natural remedies to treat pain and inflammation. The secret behind its success lies in an ingredient called capsaicin, which inhibits something in our body that is one of the main elements in pain perception called Substance P. In short, Substance P is part of what makes us feel pain, and the capsaicin depletes it. Numerous studies, the first in 1998 in The Clinical Journal of Pain, support that when applied topically to the nasal passages; people experience a significant decrease in the severity of their headaches, all thanks to capsaicin.
2. Lavender Oil
Not only does lavender smell great — it’s also a useful home remedy for headaches and migraine pain. Lavender oil can be either inhaled or applied topically. Two to four drops for every two to three cups of boiling water are recommended when inhaling lavender-oil vapors as a headache treatment. Unlike many medicinal oils, this home remedy can also be safely applied externally without the need to dilute it. Lavender oil should not be taken orally.
3. Feverfew and ginger
Feverfew, an herb with a long history of use for migraines, has been combined with ginger, a known anti-nausea therapy, in a sublingual tablet called LipiGesic. A recent study, authored by Cady, found that 63% of migraine sufferers using LipiGesic found some relief compared to 39% of those taking a placebo. Of those taking LipiGesic, 32% we're pain free at two hours after the onset of a migraine, compared to 16 percent of those on placebo.
4. Peppermint Oil
Peppermint is a soothing home remedy that has been shown to benefit tension headaches. This fresh-smelling oil has vaso-constricting and vaso-dilating properties, which help control blood flow in the body. Headaches and migraine pain are often due to poor blood flow, and peppermint oil helps to open and close the vessels that promote flow. Peppermint home remedies also open up the sinuses so that more oxygen can get into the bloodstream.
5. Go nuts
Instead of popping a pill when you get a headache, toss back some almonds. For everyday tension-type headaches, almonds can be a natural remedy and a healthier alternative to other medicine. It acts as a pain reliever because it contains something called salicin, which is also an agent in popular over the counter killers. Try eating a handful or two of these wholesome nuts when you feel the ache start to set in.
6. Basil Oil
Basil, the strong-scented herb used as a topping for pizzas and pastas, certainly tastes and smells good. And for people in need of a natural headache treatment, the oil derived from basil plants can also be a useful home remedy. Basil works as a muscle relaxant, so it is especially helpful for headaches caused by tension and tight muscles
7. Apple cider vinegar compress
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has a long history in realm of natural remedies. It’s been used to relieve everything from scurvy to hay fever, and just about any other ailment that falls in between. Some modern day studies have proven its effectiveness in treating certain illnesses, but most of its clout lies in the reports of people throughout the centuries who have benefited from it. If you find yourself coming down with a throbbing headache, try getting some quality ACV time into your day in the form of a steam-style treatment.

How to Bleach Your teeth using Wonderful Herbs
Who doesn't want pearly white teeth? Yellow teeth are a real embarrassment, a dent in the otherwise confident personality. Whether you have lost the whiteness of your teeth due to excessive consumption of tea and coffee, smoking or having tobacco or due to aging, it is always possible to bring back their whiteness.
Here 6 How to Bleach Your teeth using Wonderful Herbs :
1. Bleach your teeth with strawberries.
This delicious fruit contains malic acid, an agent that can tear through stains. Crush up a berry in your baking soda paste, spread it on your teeth, and leave for five minutes. Brush it off and you're good to go!
If you're in a hard spot, just rub the fruit on your teeth (cut up to get at the juices, of course) and wash off with a glass of water.
2. Turmeric
Turmeric is a necessary addition in all women’s beauty kit as it is natural skin whitening agent. Now you can use it for whitening your teeth as well. Grind some turmeric into a coarse powder and add some salt and lime juice as well along with it. Use a toothbrush for brushing with this herbal paste. Doing this for a week itself will leave your teeth so clean and white. Continue 3 times a week for good results.
3. Lemon
Lemon is known for its immune-boosting power, antibacterial, and healing properties. Lemon is not only used for skin diseases, but also used for whitening teeth. Take out the juice of lemon and mix it with some water. Rinse your mouth with this water.
Else, scrub your teeth directly with lemon peel to make them white.
4. Holy Basil (Tulsi)
Holy basil is also a natural remedy for whitening teeth. It can not only whiten your teeth, but also provide relief from several gum problems, like bleeding gums. Put some basil leaves in direct sun. When it gets dried, crush them to form a powder. Use it for regular brushing.

How to Increase Testosterone Levels With Managing Diet and Healthy Habits
How to Increase Testosterone Levels With Managing Diet and Healthy Habits
Managing Diet and Healthy Habits can increase libido, improve your sex life, and possibly help address issues such as erectile dysfunction. Sexual arousal and function is dependent on a healthy cardiovascular system and good overall health, so both men and women can improve their sex lives by maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Here 7 Way to Increase Testosterone Levels With Managing Diet and Healthy Habits :
1. Obesity
Excess weight messes your hormones.Obese people secrete more aromatase, an enzyme that works to convert testosterone to estrogen. Your metabolism will continue to decrease as your body produces more aromatase, making the problem worse.
2. Avoid processed, packaged, and prepared foods.
Increased weight and obesity can lead to low testosterone levels.Changing your dietary patterns can make a big difference not only to your testosterone levels but to your risk for heart disease and diabetes. Start changing your diet by cutting out processed, packaged, and prepared foods.
3. Nicotine
The nicotine in tobacco is a potent vasoconstrictor. It narrows the blood vessels, which can lead to damage in the arteries and veins. The small blood vessels in the penis are especially susceptible to damage – thus smoking can have a negative effect on your sex life.
4. Avoid outside sources of sugar.
This includes sugars added to processed foods (such as high fructose corn syrup), as well as artificial sweeteners. If you need a “sweet hit”, try using Stevia, an herb that can provide sixty times the sweetness of sugar.
5. Exercise
Regular exercise can help both men and women improve their sex lives and increase libido. Routine exercise keeps the cardiovascular system healthy, important for libido and erections.
6. Increase healthy fats.
Omega-3 fats are healthy fats found in a variety of foods. These include those found in nuts, avocados, unheated nut oil, fish, egg yolks, olives and olive oil. Healthy fats actually help to build a healthier body.
7. Eat foods as close to their natural state as possible.
Eating “whole” foods means cutting out excess sugars, fats, preservatives, etc. Try to incorporate:
More fruits and vegetables
More fish and skinless poultry while limiting red meat
More complex carbohydrates, including whole grains, lentils, beans, and vegetables
More nuts and seeds

How to Increase Testosterone Levels Using Herbs
Some studies have shown that certain herbal supplements may help to increase testosterone or combat the effects of low testosterone.
Here How to Increase Testosterone Levels Using Herbs :
1. Avocados
The Aztecs referred to avocados as, ahem, testicles, because of their physical shape. But the scientific reason why avocados make sense as an aphrodisiac is that they are rich in unsaturated fats and low in saturated fat, making them good for your heart and your arteries. Anything that keeps the heart beating strong helps keep blood flowing to all the right places; in fact, men with underlying heart disease are twice as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED).
2. Spinach and Other Green Vegetables
Spinach is a potent source of magnesium, which helps dilate blood vessels, according to Japanese researchers. Better blood flow to the genitals, as you've learned, creates greater arousal for men and women. Spinach and other green vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage, Swiss chard, and bok choy are also good sources of sex nutrient—folate.
3. Ginkgo biloba,
which increases testosterone synthesis.Dosage was 270 mg of ginkgo extract 4 times a day. Follow manufacturer’s instructions.
4. Peaches and Other Fruit
If you are looking to add some deductions to your 1040 form, eat more grapefruit, oranges, and peaches. Men who consume at least 200 milligrams of vitamin C a day improve their sperm counts and motility, according to research at the University of Texas Medical Branch
5. Almonds
Topping my list of feisty foods, almonds have long been purported to increase passion, act as a sexual stimulant, and aid with fertility. Like asparagus, almonds are nutrient-dense and rich in several trace minerals that are important for sexual health and reproduction, such as zinc, selenium, and vitamin E. Zinc helps enhance libido and sexual desire
6. Eggs
Over easy, hard-boiled, or scrambled, eggs aren't the most sensual food on the menu, but it's hard to beat them for a fit and healthy body inside and out. Eggs are rich in vitamins B6 and B5, which help balance hormone levels and ease stress, and are important for a healthy libido
7. Seafood
Despite their slippery and slimy texture, oysters may be the most well-known aphrodisiac. They’re also one of the best sources of libido-boosting zinc. But other types of seafood can also act as aphrodisiacs. Oily fish—like wild salmon and herring—contain , which are essential for a healthy heart.
8. Oatmeal and Other Whole Grains
Eating oatmeal is one of the few natural ways to boost testosterone in the bloodstream. The male hormone plays a significant role in sex drive and orgasm strength in both men and women. Oats (as well as seeds, ginseng, nuts, dairy, and green vegetables) contain L-arginine, an amino acid that enhances the effect nitric oxide has on reducing blood vessel stiffness.
9. Figs
These funny-shaped fruits have a long history of being a fertility booster, and they make an excellent aphrodisiac because they are packed with both soluble and insoluble fiber, which is important for heart health.
10. Dark Chocolate
Devouring something gooey and decadent is incredibly sensual. Dark chocolate, in particular, contains a compound called phenylethylamine that releases the same endorphins triggered by sex, and increases the feelings of attraction between two people, according to research published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association. In fact, brain scans in a British study showed that eating chocolate causes a more intense and longer brainbuzz than kissing does

How To Prevent Dandruff Using Home Remedies
How To Prevent Dandruff Using Home RemediesDandruff may be the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeastlike fungus called malassezia.
Fortunately, there are some things you can do to reduce your risk of getting it, and effective treatments are available.
Below are How To Prevent Dandruff Using Home Remedies
1. Use aspirin.
Aspirin contains salicylic acid, which is an ingredient used in many anti-dandruff shampoos. Crush up two aspirin tablets to a fine powder, then mix this powder with your regular shampoo. Allow the shampoo to sit in your hair for a minute or two before rinsing out.
2. Break It Up With Baking Soda
Baking soda is just an all-around useful thing to have in the house. It plays a large part in a lot of natural home remedies, and for good reason-it usually works! It helps to remove dandruff for a number of reasons. First, it mildly exfoliates, which gets rid of the excess dead skin. It’s also kills off acts as a fungicide, and a common fungus that occurs on everyone’s scalp can cause dandruff if it becomes overly abundant. In addition, its tiny particles can be useful in actually removing those loose flakes stuck in your hair-instead of just breaking the pieces of skin up into smaller pieces.
3. Tea tree oil
One study showed that shampoos with just 5 percent tea tree oil significantly improves the severity of dandruff. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to your favorite shampoo as you wash normally.
Use egg oil. Massage egg oil (eyova) well in to the scalp and leave it on overnight. Shampoo off in the morning. Use twice a week for rejuvenation of the scalp skin and elimination of dandruff. Egg oil contains immunoglobulins which reduce the auto-immune response of skin to external pollutants or chemicals.
4. Utilize Listerine
Listerine was actually created in 1879 by a doctor in Missouri and used as a powerful surgical antiseptic for dentists. When the good doctor sold it to a pharmaceutical company, it uses broadened and it became the first over-the-counter mouth wash ever sold in the United States. In the 1930’s and ‘40s, one its original purposes was also to fight dandruff. It may seem random, but consider that Listerine fights fungus, and one of the most common cause of dandruff is an overabundance of…you guessed it, fungus.
You will need
-Water
-Listerine Mouthwash (preferably not green or blue as they might stain your hair)
-Spray bottle (optional)
Directions
Mix 2 parts water with 1 part Listerine. After you shampoo, spray or pour the solution onto your scalp, massage in well, and let sit for 30 minutes before rinsing with water.
5. Apple cider vinegar
Dr. Mehmet Oz swears by apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.
Use coconut oil. Coconut oil helps to moisturize a dry flaky scalp, thus reducing dandruff. Massage three tablespoons of the coconut oil directly into your scalp (it smells great!) and leave to sit for an hour before washing out with shampoo.
6. Take Advantage Of Lemons
Lemons have a tough reputation, but they might be able to shake it-if they help you shake the flakes first. The acidity in pure freshly squeezed lemon juice contains acids that can help break down the fungus that is often the cause of dandruff outbreaks. It’s also free from harsh chemicals and other unnatural ingredients that often do more harm than good to our hair and scalp-plus it leaves you smelling clean and fresh. So remember, the next time life gives you dandruff, give it lemons.
Fortunately, there are some things you can do to reduce your risk of getting it, and effective treatments are available.

How To Prevent Hair Loss With Natural Remedies
How To Prevent Hair Loss With Natural Remedies
Hair loss affects both men and women. There can be several factors behind hair loss such as environmental effects, hormonal imbalances, aging, too much stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, genetic factors, scalp infections, use of wrong or chemically enriched hair products, etc.
Here are 12 Natural Remedies For Hair Loss
1. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.
2. Cut back on meat
Hormonal imbalances are a primary culprit in hair loss. Japanese researchers also link excessive sebum production in the scalp to high levels of 5-alpha reductase. Their research indicated that animal fat intake may increase sebum production
3. Onion juice
helps treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation.
The antibacterial properties in onion juice also help kill germs and parasites, and treat scalp infections that can cause hair loss.
In a 2002 study published in the Journal of Dermatology, almost 74 percent of the study participants who applied onion juice on the scalp experienced significant hair regrowth
4. Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. Grind the grated coconut and squeeze it to remove its milk. Massage coconut milk on the scalp to reduce hair fall
5. Essential fatty acids
Essential fatty acids from walnuts, flaxseeds, fish and avocado are also important for healthy hair.
6. Beetroot
Beetroot juice contains carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins B and C. All these nutrients are essential for healthy hair growth.
7. Avoid Hot Water For Hair Rinse
Do not wash hair with hot water because excess heat is really bad for your hair. Always use cold water or water at room temperature. Dry and frizzy hair when you walk out of the shower is the indication that the water was too hot for your hair.
8. Eat foods rich in iron
Iron is also essential for hair growth and can be found in blackstrap molasses, green leafy vegetables, leeks, cashews, dried fruits, figs, and berries. To help your body absorb iron, you’ll need enough vitamin C.
9. Exercise
Daily exercising also promotes hair growth. You must be wondering how? Exercise helps in improving metabolism. This allows better absorption of nutrients in your body. Exercise also helps to reduce stress. It releases endorphins or happy hormones which directly help in hair growth. When you are healthy and happy it shows on your skin and hair. So stay cheerful to have healthy glowing hair!
10. vitamin C
Collagen surrounds the hair strands but as we age collagen breaks down, causing hair to be more vulnerable to breaking. The best way to boost collagen is not through some expensive medical procedure, it’s by getting more vitamin C. Foods high in vitamin C include: citrus fruits, strawberries and red peppers. Supplementing with 250 mg daily can help boost collagen production which has the added bonus of reducing wrinkling
11. Reduce Your Caffeine
If you already have dry hair, then rethink your coffee habit and evaluate your caffeine consumption. Caffeine further depletes the body of its natural resources of nutrients. And the nutrients required for hair are not spared either! So cut back on the coffee and move on to something healthier and that which promotes good health.
12. Minimize Pressure
Don’t always opt for styles that require you to tie your hair up tight. As sleek and fashionable as this may look, it puts a great deal of pressure on the hair which adds to the breakage and hair fall.

Food For Healthy Eye Vision
Food For Healthy Eye Vision
Your eyes are your windows to the world, so it's important to take good care of them
Keeping our eyes healthy is an important way to help prevent age-related eye diseases, such as macular degeneration, vision loss, dry eyes, cataracts, and problems with night vision.
1. Fish
Cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines and mackerel are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which may help protect against dry eyes, macular degeneration and even cataracts. Or, if you are not a fan of fish, take a daily omega-3 supplement
2. Leafy greens
They're packed with lutein and zeaxanthin—antioxidants that, studies show, lower the risk of developing macular degeneration and cataracts.
3. Oranges and eggs
If you’re not a fan of leafy-greens, that last slide may have been tough to swallow. Luckily, eggs and oranges are also a decent source of lutein and zeaxanthin. So expect a thank you from your eyes after every eggs-and-OJ breakfast
4. Whole Grains
A diet containing foods with a low glycemic index (GI) can help reduce your risk for age-related macular degeneration. Swap refined carbohydrates for quinoa, brown rice, whole oats and whole-wheat breads and pasta. The vitamin E, zinc and niacin found in whole grains also help promote overall eye health.
5. Citrus and berries
These fruits are powerhouses of vitamin C, which has been shown to reduce the risk of developing macular degeneration and cataracts.
6. Sweet potatoes and yams
Bright orange fruits and vegetables get their colour from beta carotene, a precursor of vitamin A, that helps promote healthy vision. It also helps the eyes to adjust to low levels of light at night,
7. Oysters and liver
Without enough zinc, our eyes can suffer from poor night vision and possibly cataracts. Oysters, liver, red meat, poultry, milk, shellfish, baked beans, and whole grains are valuable sources of zinc
8. Legumes
Kidney beans, black-eyed peas and lentils are good sources of bioflavonoids and zinc — and can help protect the retina and lower the risk for developing macular degeneration and cataracts.
9. And carrots, of course
Yes, these veggies help your eyes by supplying beta-carotene, which strengthens night vision. But as these slides have shown, you don’t need to have a bunny-like appetite to treat your eyes.

How To Stop Smoking With Hypnotherapy And Acupuncture
How To Stop Smoking With Hypnotherapy And Acupuncture
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary therapy that uses hypnosis, which is an altered state of consciousness.
Hypnosis is widely promoted as a treatment for various long-term conditions and for breaking certain habits
a psycho-therapeutic way of bringing you in a trance-like state to help you realize your true feelings about smoking, and the hypnotherapist will plant the seed in your mind that gives you negative feelings towards smoking and will help you to stay motivated.
However, scientific studies and patients contradict each other. Many experts disagree about the effectiveness, while many patients swear by it. Several studies found that it can be effective for a short while, but doesn’t work long term for most patients, while other studies claim it to be the other way around.
One study conducted at the San Francisco VA Medical Center found that hypnotherapy showed some great results for smokers who had a history of depression or struggled with other psychiatric conditions.
Although hypnosis has helped many people to quit smoking, science is still not sure about its effectiveness.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a commonly used therapy to help people quit smoking. The acupuncture needles used are usually hair-thin, and they are inserted into various points in the ear where they remain for about 20 minutes.
For help in between sessions, many acupuncturists provide tiny balls (the size of the tip of a ball point pen), that are taped with invisible tape to the ear. When a craving
for cigarettes hits, the smoker is instructed to press gently on the ball, which stimulates the acupuncture point.
A 2006 study analyzed 24 placebo-controlled trials on acupuncture, acupressure, laser therapy, or electrostimulation for smoking cessation. There was no consistent evidence that these therapies were effective for smoking cessation. The researchers, however, concluded that further research was needed because the poor design of many of the studies made it difficult to draw a conclusion.
One study involving 141 people found that acupuncture plus education on smoking cessation was four times as effective as acupuncture alone. The study also found that acupuncture plus education was twice as effective as sham acupuncture plus education

1. Stop all sugary drinks

2. Water
Start drinking 3 liters (0.8 US gal) of water daily (about 100 ounces, get a 100 oz bottle and take with you to monitor your intake during the day, you have a whole day to finish it).
3. Soak Up the Sun
Sunny days not only boost our mood, but they can help keep our blood pressure in check. A study published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology found exposure to sunlight can alter the levels of nitric oxide in the skin and blood, therefore reducing the blood pressure. When exposed to sunlight, small amounts of nitric oxide are transported from the skin to the circulation lowering blood vessel tone. This decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke.
4. Drink Tea
Sipping on not one but four cups of tea daily can help control blood pressure. A study presented at the European Society of Hyper tension in Milan found those who avoided coffee and tea consumption all together had the highest rates of blood pressure, pulse pressure, and heart rate. Those who drank tea the most often, between one to four cups a day, had the lowest systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, as well as the lowest pulse pressure and heart rate. Pinkies up, for your blood pressure’s sake.
5. Avoid all deli and processed meats, processed foods and fast foods.
6. Eat plenty of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables.
These nutritious natural foods are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber that might lower your blood pressure during digestion.
